Terms of service
By installing or using TapeTrade you agree to these terms.
What TapeTrade is
TapeTrade is a player and organiser for video you already have access to: your archive.org favourites, and files on your own WebDAV server, Dropbox or Google Drive. It does not host, supply, sell or share any media. It only shows and plays what your own accounts and servers already give you.
Your responsibilities
- Use TapeTrade only with content you are entitled to access, and follow the terms of every service you connect to it.
- Keep your own passwords, keys and API credentials safe. They are stored on your device and are your responsibility.
- If you connect Google Drive, you use your own Google Cloud project and are responsible for it.
No warranty
TapeTrade is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is read-only against your storage, but you use it at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including loss of data or of access to a service.
Third-party services
Names, posters and descriptions come from TMDB and TVDB using your own keys. TapeTrade is not endorsed or certified by TMDB, TVDB, Google, Dropbox, or archive.org, and their terms apply to your use of them.
Privacy
How your information is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
